iOS 9.3.2 Jailbreak Update! Apple Releases 9.3.2

Today Apple released iOS 9.3.2 to the general public, as I predicted they would yesterday. Being the second minor iOS 9.3.x update, 9.3.2 doesn’t offer much in the way of features (save correcting minor bugs). But what about jailbreaking, will we finally receive an iOS 9.3.2 jailbreak from either the Pangu or TaiG jailbreak teams?

A Stable iOS 9.3.2 Jailbreak is Key

As I’ve said a number of times, jailbreak developers have been waiting for a stable iteration of iOS 9.3.x before pushing a new jailbreak utility because timing is absolutely everything when it comes to releasing a new jailbreak.

Jailbreak Attention Diverted

Considering Apple’s iOS 10 release is so close, the company will redirect development efforts from iOS 9 to iOS 10, allowing for a longer period in which the jailbreak may thrive and function on the latest public firmware; now would be an opportune time to release a new jailbreak for iOS 9.3.x.

Remember to take into account everything stated in my video (featured above) though, as I haven’t scratched the surface here in today’s article – refer to the timestamps below so you know which section(s) to focus on.

When will there be a jailbreak 9.3.2? IF there will be one I’m not fully understanding the situation when it comes to the 9.3.2

  • Jasmail Singh

If i update to the 9.3.2 would I still be able to downgrade to 9.3.1?

    • For the time being, yes… Until Apple closes the signing window for iOS 9.3.1 (usually about 1-2 weeks).

Well then, let’s see if a utility drops. If they’ve been basically waiting for the right time but have been ready for the most part… it would seem that the time is now. Also if they want a utility to last longer with the mention I’ve read of Apple’s efforts switching to ios10, the sooner it’s released, the longer we will have to utilize it. If it doesn’t prove released very soon, I will be left to beleive that they aren’t ready at all. If that’s the case, soon we’ll be reading some propaganda regarding an effort to excuse there being no ios9.2-9.3 jailbreak and how it would suddenly be best if they were to hold off till ios10. The time window to jb after a utility is released likely will be smaller than we’ve ever been used to and each time will grow shorter. Apple is, in my opinion, doing it as well as so very many betas, to make jbing harder. DUH… They don’t want people to do it. Those who wish to jb need to be vigilant and ready. When we are able to, we must simply HURRY UP and do it. You procrastinate and miss out, you only will have yourself to blame! I HATE Apple for making it such an agrivation to gain root access!!!

well now seems to be the right time to w8 some jb comes up, but srsly i already lost some hope.. seems like apple is decided to close jb for good, and they know how to do it so is not goin to be easy at all….i hope we see some jb one more time before ios 10. if that not happen, we should forget about it, and say good bye to a excelent tool.

I have a question, what’s the tweak you use on the video to go to multitask just by holding the left side of your screen? I’ve been lookin for that for a while and haven’t find anything like it.

Hi! I am from Philippines, My cousin from Canada gave me iphone 5. I unlocked the phone via RSIM. The problem is, I reformatted the phone and now the phone is not reading the sim card anymore. How can I Activate the phone again? should I Jailbreak the phone?

    • If it’s unlocked, just use iTunes & any GSM SIM?

  • Skaterchick

Wait so I’m just trying to understand.. Will there be a jailbreakfor 9.3.2? I recently had to upgrade from 8.4 jailbreak because I went through a boot loop where my phone got stuck on the apple logo and had to restore my entire phone which caused me to lose the jailbreak

    • Likely iOS 9.3.x… Also, future reference: hold the volume up when rebooting to disable substrate and boot w/out loading jailbreak components.

      • Skaterchick

Yes I tried that but it did not work for me, tried multiple things and it didn’t work. And also for the 9.3.x is there any idea when that jailbreak will be released? And will there be a way to down grade from 9.3.2 to 9.3.x since they won’t come out with 9.3.2 anytime soon?
