Videos of all walks of life will be featured here, be it technology, pop culture, science or things that are just plain cool/entertaining. Disclaimer: mostly focused on technology, including coverage on companies such as Apple, Tesla and Google.
Today a Weibo forum poster listed images of what’s allegedly the next-generation iPhone for release in 2016, not the recently discussed 2017 iPhone, presumably dubbed the iPhone 7. What’s interesting is that the primary leaked image in question highlights a protruding camera lens, something Apple was rumored to axe in the iPhone 7. Additionally, you’ll also notice reduced antenna bands (watch the above video for details) and a secondary cutout between the camera and flash modules, which one forum poster suggests could be indicative of some form of laser auto focus!
Today Apple released iOS 9.3.2 to the general public, as I predicted they would yesterday. Being the second minor iOS 9.3.x update, 9.3.2 doesn’t offer much in the way of features (save correcting minor bugs). But what about jailbreaking, will we finally receive an iOS 9.3.2 jailbreak from either the Pangu or TaiG jailbreak teams?
iOS 9.3.2 Beta 4 Jailbreak iOS 9.3.1 UPDATE, Where is It!? Explained! iOS 9.3.2 Features and Jailbreak 9.3.x Debated. Apple seeded iOS 9.3.2 beta 4 to registered developer last week; check out the latest jailbreak update for iOS 9.3.x.
Forget about the 2016 iPhone 7, the next iPhone in 2017 (the iPhone 8) will be the one you’ll actually want! According to Daring Fireball’s John Gruber, he’s heard “scuttlebutt” that the 2017 iPhone 8 will sport an edge-to-edge (maybe OLED) display the completely removes the top and bottom bezels and inlays the FaceTime camera, Touch ID and other components into the display itself!
In a new ad for Apple Music, Taylor Swift posted the following video on her twitter account… Certainly seems like the T.Swift/Apple Music drama is over, huh? After all, this isn’t the only ad she’s done for Apple Music as of late (remember she openly rejected Apple Music’s artists payment model when the service launched).
Elon Musk’s theoretical next-gen form of transportation may be closer than you think. Yesterday Hyperloop One demonstrated the company’s hyper loop technology at an exposed (open air) test track in Las Vegas.
